Aggressive Plant Event (APE) — Mrs Hendricks's Hydrangeas, Unit 8 Border

The hydrangeas along the eastern border of Unit 8 have been formally classified as an Aggressive Plant Event (APE), Grade II under Appendix D, Clause 12(c) of The Code. They have exceeded their permitted growth zone by 34cm, obstructing pathway 4B and obscuring a notice board posting — a compounding violation. Mrs Hendricks has responded in writing. Albie describes the response as "creative." Monitoring continues at 45-minute intervals.

Required Action: Avoid pathway 4B. Do not interact with, photograph, or compliment the hydrangeas.
